Samantha Chang is a Hong Kong raised, America educated designer who is celebrated in New York's circle, known for her contemporary lingerie collection that creates smooth, feminine silhouettes, and Flaunt will be hosting their very first Samantha Chang Trunk Show on Thursday, 27 October 2011, from 5:00pm to 9:00pm, at their showroom on Lyndhurst Terrace.
For those of you who attend this exclusive event, you will be lucky enough to be fitted and styled by the designer herself, as well as getting the one off chance in previewing and pre-ordering her 2012 S/S collection, so shop along while enjoying the fantastic wines and nibbles! Baccarat is synonymous with magnificent crystal masterpieces, so don't miss the amazing opportunity to take a sneak peek of their stunning debut exhibition at the Grand Mansion of Forfar, 2 Forfar Road, Kowloon. You can choose to either visit at 7:00pm on Friday, 28 October 2011, or at 3:00pm or 7:00pm on Saturday, 29 October 2011, and enjoy the little luxuries of life through a spectacular evening of champagnes, fine wines, mouth-watering international cuisines, as well as live jazz music!
The exhibition will feature dazzling works by famous designers including Philippe Starck, who created an eye-catching Black Zenith chandelier, as well as historical pieces from Baccarat's Memoire collection. A few weeks back, Zeuz held a launch party at the French Window, an intimate yet alluring French restaurant right in the heart of IFC. Their theme for the day was red and black for all seasons, and since that is my favourite colour combination, I was dying to see how it can mixed and matched in both a casual look and with a cocktail twist.
Lots of red and black items from their 2011 F/W were available around the lounge area for guests to try on, with models, including Ana R, featuring prominent pieces from their upcoming season's collection. It is awesome to catch a glimpse of what is usually in their online shop out there in real life!
