Her DVD, as well as the breathtaking photos of her practice by none other than the talented Sean Lee Davies, will be unveiled on 22 September 2011 at Schoeni Branch Gallery.
Ankie Beilke has been practising yoga for over 10 years now, and as a certified yoga teacher, she loves sharing the joys of such with her students, from beginners to fanatics. Shot at scenic locations in Hong Kong, 45 minutes sessions will definitely wind you down from a busy day of work.
Meanwhile, if the yogi inside you is bursting out already, Lululemon's Hong Kong Showroom has finally settled in at their new Fortress Hill neighbourhood, and their complimentary community yoga classes are resuming on every Saturday at 9:30am! On 13 August 2011, there will be a beginners' yoga class with Pat Chiu, so if you have never done yoga before you should really give it a try. On 20 August 2011, Darrel Erxleben will be leading a class of Hip Hop Yoga, which will guarantee to be a great workout. On 27 August 2011, they are hosting a parent and kid yoga session by Samantha Chan, so those of you who are proud parents, or uncles and aunties, should bring the kids out for some fun.
