I know La Perla is a household name for lingerie, but it is rarely thought of as a brand providing attractive men's underwear too. That is quite surprising, since their men's wear is of equally great quality as their lingerie collection. Let's see what La Perla has in store for both genders for the upcoming Fall/Winter!
Their theme for the 2011 F/W men's collection revolves around winter sports, with classic designs reflecting the Norwegian mountains and woods. The collection focuses on skiing and snowboarding, with two-tone contrasts made in the underwear, which is typical of ski suits.
The colours mainly employed are the hottest of the upcoming season - red, blue, and brown. The collection was made from two varieties of special yarn for the sporty men, since one is waterproof, while the other stops bacteria from manifesting.
They have launched the Roaring Collection for their 2011 F/W women's collection, which was inspired by the timeless elegance of the twenties. Lots of lace, tulle, and silk were used to create a sophisticated and feminine feel to it. The pieces were skillfully assembled to create a sense of transparency, oozing sexiness from within.
The other part of the collection uses feathers and animal prints, which is another highlight of the twenties. These added details spell seductiveness out loudly and clearly.
