Last time I was in Bali I was mesmerised by all the amazing artwork in Ubud, which is why it is so exciting to hear that Sin Sin Fine Art will be collaborating with Komaneka Fine Art Gallery and Neka Art Museum Ubud Bali to bring Hanafi, one of the most influential contemporary Indonesian artists, all the way to Hong Kong for a solo exhibition.

The opening reception, schedule on next Thursday, will be filled with breathtaking colours and music. Hanafi himself will be present for opening, explaining the latest transitions in his work, accompanied by spectacular cello performances throughout the evening. Hanafi's pieces were created spontaneously, and he describes his inspirations as a gift, springing into his mind unexpectedly. Drop by when you are in the neighbourhood, and witness some smokin' hot Balinese contemporary artwork!
