Distinguished Luxury? The Property Market in 2017

Published exclusively in this site on 21 June 2011.

Hong Kong's soaring property prices have attracted much attention from the performing arts sector, such as Dream Home starring Josie Ho, and Little Hong Kong Season Three starring Joey Leung. Museum Minus has taken satire pieces up a notch by replicating a Hong Kong "luxury" flat at their office in Prince Edward, which is now open for visits during weekends.

Pisa. The Leaning Tower is what they named their new imaginary estate, boasting a 1,500 square feet dream duplex experience in a meager 150 square feet flat. Students from the Hong Kong Academy of Performing Arts act as their property agents, mimicking actual selling techniques of the Hong Kong property industry.

They took the experience rather seriously by creating an extensive sales brochure and television advertisement. Their show flat, intending for an interactive experience, takes only two visitors at any time, where the estate agent will take you through a minute flat while proudly testifying how state-of-the-art it is. They have also created a mock sales agreement, which looks pretty much like wedding vows. The entire show lasts for around an hour, and approximately 30 visitors have experienced this lavishing experience already. If you fancy a visit first hand, call them at 9673-4989 or email them to reserve a spot!
