If you work in TaiKoo Place, then you are in a real treat here. The Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra is holding free performances at ArtisTree in, playing Classical pieces for you to wind down right when you get off work. There are various bits of art here and there in TaiKoo Place, and a Classics concert right before dinner seems like the ideal way to end a hectic day.

The last time I was at ArtisTree, it was for MAC's Fabulous Felines 2010 Fall Collection Catwalk, so the atmosphere is as different as it can get. The space has always been utilized for various art and cultural events, so it is definitely somewhere you should keep an eye on. When I got there last night, it was pretty much jam packed already. The String Chamber was directed by John Harding, and it was an interesting experience to be rushing out of work and run right into a concert.

Actually, there is an Orchestral Performance tonight at 6:30pm conducted by Perry So. Be sure to get there early to grab a decent seat!
